Prof Dr Jürgen Thede is the senior partner at Dr Thede Consulting GmbH. He started his professional career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. 1993 he started his independent consulting career. From 1997 to 2001 he acted as a professor for business studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel. His consultancy business Dr Thede Consulting GmbH arose from the companies Dr Thede Management Consultants and formerly Dr Thede, Grieger & Partner.
